📴 Does your PC not have an Internet connection?

Offline detection has been updated to guide you step by step.

• New “Analyze Another Computer” section on the service pages—perfect for beginners
• New: smartphone detection. Often the most convenient solution when your PC isn’t connected to the Internet.
• An even more efficient USB drive: a small, standalone program that’s ultra-lightweight and requires no installation. Choose your language, and it creates a .dc file that you then upload to the site.

Good news for older PCs
This program also works on Windows 7 SP1 and Windows 8. Even if your system hasn’t been supported by Microsoft for years, you can analyze it again.
Note: Real-time monitoring and future services are not available with this version.

💙 Blue Screens: Simplified Diagnostics

The blue screen analysis service has been completely redesigned:

• No need to configure Windows before using it
• All types of crash files are supported
• The responsible driver is identified more accurately whenever possible

✨ And also…

• Displays: Recent monitors are better recognized, and all their information is read
• System: Your default browser and email client are detected more accurately
• Website: On the Settings and Drivers pages, switch more easily between PCs in your account

🔮 This is just the beginning

This release is part of a complete overhaul of the website and the agent. In two years, almost everything has already been revamped, and more major updates are coming soon.
