New version available: DCTools 1.0.11

DCTools version 1.0.11 is now online.
This update corrects a problem identified in the installer, which was not deploying :

• the Edge Web Runtime Installer (⚠️ this is not the Edge browser, but only the web engine used by certain applications),
• and version 8 of .NET.
