DriversCloud and DCTools update

Good news! The DriversCloud (12.0.34) and DCTools (1.0.10) applications have just received an update.

👉 What's new:

• The problem of too-small resolution has been corrected: no more truncated or impossible-to-close windows.
• The Control Service section is no longer displayed if you're not logged in.
• If your screen resolution is limited, a scroll bar now appears for easy access to all content.
• On the DCtools side, monitoring starts faster thanks to optimized data sending.
