Default disabling of storage controller drivers

Following some feedbacks on some machines with intel RST, I decided to disable by default the storage controller drivers. It will still be possible to recover them by changing the options of the drivers service but the option is no longer enabled by default.

I remind you that DriversCloud offers system restore points and also allows to backup and restore its drivers.

I continue to work to improve the service.
