Expected to be released before summer.

Last May, Noctua took advantage of Computer 2025 to unveil its latest project: an AiO watercooling kit designed in partnership with pump specialist Asetek. Up until now, Noctua had made a point of offering only fans, i.e. heatsinks topped by one or two fans and relying solely on air cooling. This announcement of a watercooling kit was therefore a first for Noctua, but one that was not without its setbacks. Indeed, in September last year, Noctua had to acknowledge some delays and postpone the launch of its AiO to 2026.

It's 2026, even April, and Noctua has yet to announce anything about this kit whose name we don't even know. However, there is finally some news, and it's via the Austrian company's partner, Asetek, that we finally have some details: in a detailed post published on its official website, Asetek explains: " Since announcing their collaboration at Computex 2025, Noctua, a leading brand in silent PC cooling, and Asetek, a pioneer in all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooling, have continued the development of their flagship AIO liquid cooling systems. These products have now successfully passed the production validation testing (PVT) phase, confirming their performance and manufacturability ahead of the planned launch in the second quarter of 2026. "

Not only is work progressing at Asetek/Noctua, but the watercooling kit has also been validated. It is now ready to enter the production phase, and Asetek is confident that it will be marketed in the second quarter of this year, in other words, before the end of June. There is a small hitch, however. Just a few hours after this message went online, the Asetek website was updated and the message removed. Why such a turnaround? Was it simply that Asetek had moved a little too quickly for Noctua, which was still waiting before making an announcement, or was it more serious and the sign of a new postponement?
